Problem updating nvidia-x11-drv on Fedora 9

When I do yum update on my Fedora 9 system I get this:

Transaction Check Error:
   file /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/libwfb.so from install of 
nvidia-x11-drv-173.14.09-1.beta.fc9.x86_64 conflicts with file from 
package xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.4.99.902-3.20080612.fc9.x86_64

Looks like something is not completely right.
