In theory, akmods should work fine with kernels compiled from source, as long as the /lib/modules/<version>/build symlink points to the proper location. The only "known issues" I can think of currently with rpmfusion : * The nvidia driver is not the very latest because it dropped support for some cards, thus would be a regression for some users. Until this is fixed, the dkms package from freshrpms should still work fine. * Cinelerra isn't available for i386 in freshrpms because of some build issues I haven't had time to resolve, and isn't (yet) availabe in rpmfusion. The review is here : http://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=118 Please report any other "upgrade" related problems here.
