Well, your disk may present some corrupted datas, and so you should
really perform a a filesystem check and especially verify for bad blocks.

seemed that my swap-space gone past the end of the harddisk. I've seen this
through running "mkswap -c" and then looking at the dmesg output. I've made
the swap-space a bit smaller and now no problems were reported.
