gentoo config tools project didn't start of the ground really. I'm still
working on generic config library, I don't know what about others

Well, I think I'm somehow responsible of the project dying. Maybe I didn't push
things enough, or whatever.

Anyway, restarting it might be an idea, but with another leader, it might have
more chances to take off
