I used to configure the kernel manually. The main reason was to get rid of initramfs, but since it's not supported anymore and since I don't really have a need to customize it nor I'm religiously zealous or paranoid enough about building everything myself, I've decided that all this was a little bit of a hussle and resolved to use of the precompiled package. =D1=87=D1=82, 5 =D0=B4=D0=B5=D0=BA. 2024=E2=80=AF=D0=B3. =D0=B2 12:10, Egoi= tz Aurrekoetxea <[email protected]>: > Hi mates, > > I would love using Gentoo as Desktop and Server OS.
