Thanks for sending it. It'd probably good to merge this as early
as possible given getting a quite a lot of bugs. I don't think
this needs real dev ML time.

    bugz search "update bdepend to have dev-lang/go-"

Then looked at the version, plus grepped for GO_OPTIONAL=1 to make a
list. GO_OPTIONAL means the eclass is not setting BDEPEND so ebuilds
need to handle it regardless of being lower than 1.24.11.
