No, for the purpose of migration, we'll assume that the "new" backend support 
was already enabled (as will be the case for our +sqlite change), but after 
upgrade, "old" backend support may no longer be enforced on dev-qt/qtbase, 
which is still needed for migration. Something to amend the news text with, 
maybe.
