I've filed https://bugs.gentoo.org/975402 to track this and pushed the
initial set of changes to disable the list (-> dropped gentoo-project@
from CC to avoid a bounce).

Please file new bugs and have them block that one if you find docs that
aren't trivial to just update (like a GLEP). For the rest, please just
fix it ;)
