[PATCH 0/6] selinux-policy-2.eclass: drop EAPI 7 and refactor

More than a month has passed since the last series moving over to EAPI
8 was merged[1], so it's time to drop EAPI 7. Along the way, clean up a
few bits found whilst doing so.
