hppa and m68k need attention

Hey all, 

the stage builds for hppa and m68k are stuck at the moment, and the architectures
need attention from dedicated and knowledgeable people.

What it looks like at a first glance:
* hppa: python-3.14 is malfunctioning, leading to build failures in systemd and
  spontaneous errors in portage
* m68k: perl seems to be miscompiled, leading to hangs in perl scripts

Anyone?
