I'm not convinced this is the way to go, but what we could do is streamline
how the handbook recommends using binaries as a fast install.

Right now enabling the binhost is marked as optional[1] as the wiki project
cannot make the decision alone to to turn this into a recommended step[2].

As Neddy pointed out this feels like breaking tradition by switching to binhost
focused Gentoo. There is nothing wrong with breaking traditions per se, but I
would much rather this be a new tradition that blends the two, rather than a
one or the other approach.

Sam's comment makes lean currently to Gentoo not being ready for such a
change right now, but I do this this was a useful discussion so everyone touched
base on something we might be able to do in a reduced form later on, to how was
pitched here today.
