All the upcoming bug reports are checked by a team of 5-10 users, and=20
some or them are wannabe-devs (or waiting to be accepted). And we have a=20
translator student in the team.

So the patches would be perfect qua language, and in good technical state=

We concentrate first on the handbook, then we will take a look on other=20
documents.
