it seems not the .xml is a problem. The text can be perfectly formatted,
and still look poor at screen...
Probably, it's a gentoo.org design behavior.

Try http://gentoo.neysx.org , for example -- the look is quite different
(but the file is the same).

Never mind -- the w.g.o design will soon change -- look at
http://wwwredesign.gentoo.org
