Alex,
It would be very helpful, if on every file that is not translated, the link to the English text will be present, for each text that is translated both links to the English text and Ruasian equivalent will be present, and for the published all3 lionks will be present. This way, I think the translators/editors job will be simplified.

Also, I would suggest to send the Updated document once a month every time whether there is a change or not so people will see the results.

What do you think?
