The arm stages link on:

  http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/where.xml

points to:

  http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/arm/autobuilds/current-stage3/

which does not exist.

It probably should point to:

  http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/arm/autobuilds/

where one can see the child dirs for the vie supported arm arches.
