ChangeLog entries (or lack thereof)

I just glanced at the ChangeLog, and there haven't been any entries in
it since February.

That's really sad. I'm disappointed in us.

Try to make ChangeLog entries for _every_ commit in the future. And in
the few cases where there are actually bugs filed, please reference
them.

It would be really fantastic for those of you who have neglected to
create ChangeLog entries to go back and do so. If nothing else, _at
least_ summarize all the changes to a given file since February.
