Bootloader Configurations

Hi list,

I don't have access to my gentoo.org email account at the moment, so
this will have to do for now. 

I have some code at
http://dev.gentoo.org/~port001/Code/GLI/BootloaderConf/ which is
basicaly 
an abstraction layer for generating bootloader configurations. Give it
some general data and it'll produce a working configuration for the
bootloader of your choice.

The bootloader.xml contains some skeleton configurations, but is by no
means complete. I need to sit down with someone from Releng and produce
and complete list (I'll arrange this at a later date). No doubt this
will also require some more changes to the code. 

For now you can give it a whirl for grub, lilo, silo and maybe aboot
(need to read up on aboot's configuration a little more).

Can codeman, esammer, npmcallum, samyron, etc please take a look and
decided if you would infact like to use it in the installer.
