Well, this was already my intention.  In fact, I had brought it up in
#gentoo-installer at least once before.  Also, every LiveCD has at least
one binary kernel on it, so that's easy enough.  Especially since it
would be the kernel most people would want, seeing as how it worked to
boot them to the LiveCD.
