Fatal error on install

got an error during install and i havent found the wiki/bugreport on it yet,
any suggestions on a solution or a location where the solution is?

im getting an error
SetRootPasswordError:FATAL:set_root_password: Failure to set root password!


I am still looking for the error but i didnt find it on google yet
