Configuring Postfix

Does anyone know of a Postfix for newbies guide?  I want to set up postfix to both send and recieve but my internet connection domain is not the domain that I need to send and recieve email from.  I am on a cable connection behind a netgear firewall.  I have smtp opened to direct to my gentoo box.  I need to configure postfix to send and recieve mail as terrabytetech.dns2go.com.  Does anyone know where I can get simple easy to follow (like the gentoo x86 install guide) instructions.
