No. It must be 192.168.69.0/24. /32 means the same as 255.255.255.255
and this is just a single host!

No, see above. You allowed only the address 192.168.69.0 to relay
through your server, which is a network address and that makes no sense.
Set it as /24 or 255.255.255.0.
