Network Monitor.

Does anyone know a network monitor similar to IPTraf but for X11 (or KDE)? I 
have been searching sourceforge and software.linux.com and have not found 
anything like it.
I need something simple, to monitor traffic on my 2 PCs LAN which one of them 
is the NAT for the cablemodem.
