APIC error on CPU0: 04(04)

Using the UT03/Gentoo 1.4r1 LiveCD to start an install I get the APIC error scrolling like mad down the screen ad infinitum. I have an A7M266-D (w/ MPX chipset) and one AthlonMP2000. Any suggestions?
