Rules of the list question

Hello

I might be breaking the rules of the list alread, if I am sorry about
it....

Rules say: We do not do Reply-To: munging.

What is Munging?  (answer in private please)

It says:
As we have subscribers from many different computing cultures..

Well in that case, it might be a good idea to define (computer) slag
words...

I have been a computer geek for over 10 years now, and I have lived in
the US for 7 years.  (English is my second language) and I am not
familiar with the term Munging.  (I looked it up in the Oxford and
Webster dic, and 2 on-line English-Hungarian dictionaries - no luck)

Please don't take this e-mail offensively, I felt uncomfortable joining
the list since I did not understand the rules.  I hope you will rephrase
so other will not be in my position.

Thanks for understanding, and sorry if I already broke the rules.  Won't
happen again...
