Hello

I've just installed Gentoo. It took me some time to get few things
working ;). I've a problem. I've compiled mozilla 1.0.1, added symlink
in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/ to blackdown jre 1.3.1 plugin and to
gplflash plugin,but mozilla didn't recognize blackdown's plugin
(java_plugin_oji.so) nor gplflash plugin (I tried netscape-flash plugin
also without success). I've also installed Plugger and it was recognized
without any problems. I've checked older gentoo-newbie messages and
found that mozilla needs to be compiled without gtk2 flag. So I did like
they said and now mozilla recognize netscape-flash plugin (but it hangs
everytime that plugin is used), but gplflash plugin and java still
doesn't work. I tried to install java plugin that mozilla showed me
(from netscape page). It's Sun's java but it doesn't work either. I only
managed to enable netscape 4 plugin (javaplugin.so), but it doesn't
have java-vm which i need. Can any one suggest me what to do with that
java plugin or with gplflash plugin?? Sorry for my English but it's not
my native language. Bye
