quite normal, and not errors.. its the documentation of old programs
that hasn't been updated to adhere to the stricted XML DTD for how
documentation -should- be written, thus the tools to handle it complain
and spit out warnings.  they are harmless  and will go away "with time"
as the software evolves and is updated.
