See if you have any entries in your /etc/X11/XF86Config in the screen=20
section with "Virtual". If so remove it. It is for the size of the virtua=
l=20
desktop, if any, which can be larger (maybe also smaller?) than the actua=
l=20
screen resolution. Alternatively, you can run xf86config to produce a new=
=20
config file and answer no when asked if you "want a virtual desktop large=
r=20
than your screen" or something alike.
