kernel CONFIG_SKGE

attempted to compile the gentoo kernel just a moment ago.  I ran into 
one problem so far, skge.o has a problem with some undefined 
symbol`PCI_REV_DESC' in function skge_probe.  I read in one of the 
descriptions that an option is actually deprecated in favor of skge for 
gentto users.  To attempt to finish building the kernel I just disabled 
CONFIG_SKGE instead of building the module.  I am using the 
2.6.12-gentoo-r6 and I rsynced last week on emerge, so if there has been 
a patch since then I apologize, but has anyone else had this problem?
