RTL 8139 driver is part of the standard kernel. You don't get it by
emerging a separate package, but by enabling "RealTek RTL-8139 PCI Fast
Ethernet Adapter support" when you build a kernel. I have not personally
used this card with ppc, but this driver has been around a long time & is
maintained by an experienced kernel hacker (Jeff Garzik) so I highly doubt
there are any platform-dependencies that would make it break on ppc.
