Hallo,

klingt für mich ein bisschen danach, dass im system etwas schief hängt.
Kommt zufälligerweise eine Meldung in diese Richtung nach dem Durchlauf
von emerge?

würde mal revdep-rebuild und konsorten durchspielen. Dann Zertifikate +
Seahorse entfernen und danach neu aufspielen.
