Bened1kt  has  helped me out immensely, if anyone else comes  across  this thread with the  same problem here's my fix: I  had recompiled the software to work with a  DSMX sat, you have to change it to work over 11ms  response  AND  DSMX. If you keep it at 22ms response and  just change it  to  DSMX it confuses the FC causing all kinds of  chaos including  changing more that  just one channel when you are move only one stick,  hope this helps, and happy  flying!
