I'm not very familiar with debugging fortran code, but the gfortran man page suggests that setting FFLAGS="-ggdb" FCFLAGS="-ggdb" in your make.conf should help. Then you just need to re-emerge the right package. Here are some more guesses: * sci-libs/blas-lapack-aux-wrapper * sci-libs/flexiblas * sci-libs/lapack (In most cases you would be able to find out by running "ldd /path/to/program", but flexiblas complicates things.)
