No. This error has been present on my systems for some months at least. I=
=E2=80=99m
only now doing the python 3.14 upgrade. And I=E2=80=99ve only done the firs=
t python
upgrade step in news item 98.  The error has been present when python 3.13
was the default on my system and before python 3.14 was installed.
