access." It has no model or instructions for contributing without
being a committer.

If this process is generally accepted, I think a short line or 2 in
the relevant pages would be welcome and more discoverable.

=E2=80=A0[1]: is there an easy way to copy a link to a wiki header? I found
the ID via "Inspect" in Firefox rather than "click-to-copy". (After
writing this out, I realized I could use the table of contents,
probably, but that's less convenient when staring at a section.)
