The original mail seems to be LLM spam, it's a reply to an email never
sent to the list, asking for help:

"embedding the long list of compilation arguments directly into the
executable (easily accessible by the GDB debugger)."

and

"Since the code starts from GCC, it needs to perform all compiler steps.
Hence the interest in generating a build in the style of the Gentoo system."

... which makes zero sense, honestly.


if you choose to follow the links, it is some guy whose github bio is

"French, born in 1959, hold PhD in AI, grandfather."

(apparently a 1990 PhD, so points for creativity?) asking for help with
his "AGI" project.
