dsu Xerces issue

Hi Kilian,

thanks! Probably you found the solution, it seems indeed to be the
setting of LANG variable; I just checked:

[root@leo controllers]# dsu
terminate called after throwing an instance of
'xercesc_3_1::TranscodingException'
Aborted (core dumped)
[root@leo controllers]# env | grep LANG
LANG=C
[root@leo controllers]# export LANG=en_US.UTF-8
[root@leo controllers]# dsu
Getting System Inventory...
... working!

In my case dsu working or not seems to have depended on how I logged in
to the server i.e. from where I opened the shell and how LANG was set.

Best,
Peter
