Fwd: FW: check_openmanage on a Gen 13 (OMSA 8.1) running RHEL7.1

Hello all,

My intent is to setup the plugin check_openmanage
<https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Plugins/Hardware/Server-Hardware/Dell/check_openmanage/details>using
NRPE from our Nagios server. On the client, the command is working just
fine:

[root@box1 plugins]# ./check_openmanage

OK - System: 'PowerEdge R730xd', SN: ‘xxxxxx', 64 GB ram (4 dimms), 2
logical drives, 6 physical drives

I already have the latest srvadmin-omcommon package installed.

[root@box1 plugins]# yum list srvadmin-omcommon

Loaded plugins: dellsysid, langpacks, product-id, rhnplugin,
subscription-manager

This system is receiving updates from RHN Classic or Red Hat Satellite.

Installed Packages

srvadmin-omcommon.x86_64
                                    8.1.0-4.92.1.el7

Yet when I run the plugin using NRPE from the Nagios server, this is what I
receive:

>From the archives and simple search, I noticed that the only solution to
the above error was to install srvadmin-omcommon package but that is
already there. I removed and re-install all srvadmin-all packages and
rebooted. No luck. Has anyone seen this on the new Gen 13 server? Could be
a possible compatibility issue.

Also, as a side note—other NRPE checks are working on box1 and I added a
"2>&1” at the end of the open_manage command definition for troubleshooting
purposes.
