There is NO typo in the install instructions. The table shown below as in the web page are the differences between the tradition Dell YUM repository and the DSU repository. These are the differences and the document is correct. Please get back to us if you have any questions.

Setting Up Repository
1) wget -q -O - http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/latest/bootstrap.cgi | bash
2) yum install dell_ft_install
3) yum install $(bootstrap_firmware)


1) wget -q -O - http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/latest/bootstrap.cgi | bash
2) yum install dell-system-update

Inventorying Firmware
inventory_firmware


dsu --inventory

Updating Firmware
update_firmware


dsu

There's a typo on the install instructions on http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/DSU_15.08.00/

The commands for setting up the repos for both the DLR and new DSU are the same.

"1) wget -q -O -
http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/latest/bootstrap.cgi | bash"

The DSU version should be:
"1) wget -q -O - http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/dsu/bootstrap.cgi | bash"
