OMSA SSL Certificate renewal

Our security scanning software is picking up on the older expired Dell certificates on our many OMSA installs. Is there an appropriate way to refresh these certificates without updating the installed OMSA software? I am concerned that older servers (e.g. 910s) and older OSs may not like (or we may not be allowed to) upgrade the installed srvadmin packages. Unfortunately we cannot ignore this because we need to pass an audit. We are running RHEL/OEL 6 on most of the affected machines.
