DSET report on R720 failure

Got an R720 running SciLinux 6.6, OMSA 8.2.0 is installed.  Trying to 
generate a DSET report so I can have it ready when I call in a failing 
power supply and the DSET tool refuses to run.

  sblim-sfcb (CIMOM) validation is not successful.

For successful installation of DSET, reinstall or upgrade sblim-sfcb 
from Operating System Media.

sblim-sfcb is installed and running

I ran into a similar issue back in May, posted to this list about it but 
never got an answer.
