Hi Michael,

Please check the following:


1.       Ensure srvadmin-hapi is installed. If not use 'yum install srvadmin-hapi'

2.       Reset iDRAC '/opt/dell/srvadmin/sbin/racadm racreset'

3.       If the failure persists, Please get the logs from '/var/log/dell/updatepackage/log/' and '/var/log/dell/updatepackage/log/support' directories for the corresponding team to analyze further on this.
