DSU triggering yum update

Hi , I'm currently testing DSU on RHEL 6.7 over a Poweredge R730 and found out that when I choose to update OMSA DSU tries to run a full yum update command, not only updating the OMSA software but also tiggering a full OS update. Is this an intended behaviour?
