Status : Non-Critical

Hello,

just a little question, when I use open manage to report raid status and 
disk health, one of the physical disk reports Non-Critical,

# /opt/dell/srvadmin/sbin/omreport storage pdisk controller=0| grep ^Status
Status                          : Ok
Status                          : Ok
Status                          : Non-Critical
Status                          : Ok

The disks seem to be identical and are all certified.  The only 
difference I see in the report is:
	Failure Predicted               : Yes
on the non-critical disk.

Is there a way to get more details?
