racadm - idracadm: error while loading shared libraries...

$ racadm -h
/opt/dell/srvadmin/bin/idracadm: error while loading shared 
libraries: libargtable2.so.0: cannot open shared object 
file: No such file or directory

is Dell forgetting to put it into libraries paths config? 
(with help of scriptlets)
or should be pulling automatically during install - argtable 
- which is already in epel repo!
