How to configure SNMP on Ubuntu to monitor PowerEdge (R720xd and R730xd) servers with OpenManage installed on Ubuntu?

Hi,

I have a few PowerEdge servers with omreport installed (OS is Ubuntu
14.04) (following this link
<http://linux.dell.com/repo/community/ubuntu/>). How to configure SNMP
on a Ubuntu server to monitor these PowerEdge servers?

The following instruction is for redhat.
