2nd CPU status is Unknown

Hi, I have a PowerEdge R720 in which I have just installed a 2nd CPU. I am running XenServer 6.5 on it, and I have the OpenManage 7.4 tools installed.
I ran the following:

As you can see, CPU 0 is fine, but CPU 1 shows a status of Unknown and state of Unknown. 
I should also note that the CPU appears to work fine. I started a VM configured to use all 32 cores (16 not counting hyperthreading) and everything works fine, and I can watch the OS using all of the cores, so I know code is executing on it.

Any idea what's going on here?
