DSU upgrade issue BIOS/iDRAC

I have a R620 I am trying to upgrade. When I try, I receive iDRAC and 
BIOS updates (see below). The errors appear in Scientific Linux 6.x and 
Centos 7.2 - same errors.

How do I apply the updates?

dsu --inventory below as well.
