Version differences between using dsu vs support downloads vs Lifecycle controller

I did a dsu update about a week ago and got newer versions than what's available via the Dell Support packages download - the versions on the Dell support pages are still older after roughly a week - is this because the updates done via dsu have been pulled back? Doing updat4es via Lifecycle controller also give dofferent versions and also adds Dell OS Driver Pack updates.
