dsu failing on two machines

I have a RHEL 6 and a RHEL 7 machine reporting in OM that the raid controller firmware is out of date, so I fire up dsu. What I get is - dsu Verifying catalog installation ... Installing catalog from repository ... Fetching dsucatalog... Could not download the catalog rpm. Please check repository configuration or try clearing package manager's cache. Clearing the yum cache doesn't help.
