Hi,
Updating firmware by the old way : update_firmware (it's a R420 with Debian / Xen so i can't use DSU)
I have a problem :
# update_firmware -y
......
Checking 32 Bit Diagnostics, 5158A3, 5158.2 - 5158a3
Available: dell_dup_componentid_00196 - 5162a0
Found Update: dell_dup_componentid_00196 - 5162a0
Found firmware which needs to be updated.

The error message from the low-level command was:
Update Failure: Secure Copy Failure - The Secure copy function has failed
How can I install Dell Diagnostics ?
